Plagiarism policy

All manuscripts submitted to the Annals of the Institute of Biology – University of Sarajevo are screened for plagiarism in accordance with the Rulebook on the Use of Plagiarism Detection Software at the University of Sarajevo (consolidated text), available at:

Prior to publication, all submitted manuscripts are subject to mandatory plagiarism screening using appropriate software employed by the University of Sarajevo. Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited. The screening process is conducted using the iThenticate plagiarism detection system (http://www.ithenticate.com/).
